Our lead consultant is Paul Banks. He worked on the client side as Marketing Director in Ireland and overseas before building one of Ireland’s leading marketing agencies.
On the client side Paul worked with Masstock in Saudi Arabia, McCain Foods in the UK and Jeyes PLC in the UK, Sweden and Germany. He returned to Ireland as Marketing Director of Beamish and Crawford where he controlled a €5m marketing budget.
On the agency side Paul has worked on some of the biggest global brands such as Kellogg’s and Guinness and Coca Cola, KBC Bank and GlaxoSmithKline.
Paul also specialises in Professional Services Marketing. He advises some of the leading firms in Ireland and lectures widely on the topic. In 2013 he managed the successful merger of two accountancy practices in Ireland.
Fran runs a cutting edge web design company called Big Dog.

Jamie Dowling runs a specialist agency called Voodoo. They specialise in serious SEO and Search Marketing.
We recently brought Jamie and his team in on a client project which took the client from page eight to no. 2 in the Google rankings!
Cormac runs a specialist unit called Social Media.ie
Cormac was originally a professional photographer who learned how to use social media in practice rather than in theory. So he knows all the little tricks.
He also has a background as an Account Manager in Unilever dealing with major accounts like Dunnes Stores and Tesco so he brings a strong commercial focus to his social media work.
Ian runs a PR business called McClure Media and PR.
Having cut his teeth in high end political PR, Ian is well used to producing quality work to tight deadlines. His work is very practical and his approach is down to earth.
He has produced excellent work for our clients and has never failed to deliver quality work.
